Jaffa Community Outreach
Provides home-based and outreach services to vulnerable, elderly, or disabled individuals in the wider community.
Services Include:
• Gardening, grocery shopping, cooking, weekly soup kitchen for the elderly and cleaning
• Health checks and autism awareness workshops
• “Know Your Neighbour” monthly community events
• Visits to special centers and care homes
Impact:
• Reduces isolation and supports inclusion
• Strengthens community bonds and awareness
