Sinead is a committed DE&I advocate and corporate consultant with over ten years of experience guiding DE&I programs for companies like Google and Shopify Plus. As a founding member of Salesforce’s EMEA Equality strategy, she now serves as Global Head of Equality Development, Equality Groups and Engagement.

A recognized leader in social impact, Sinead’s accolades include being named an Impact Leader finalist at the 2025 BTA Awards, a Woman of the Future Rising Star in ESG (2023), and a Gold Stevie Award winner for Social Change Maker (2021). She is also listed among the Top 30 Under 30 Future of Ghana (2017) and was honored as the Top Student in the UK in 2014.

A lover of tea and wellness, Sinead even launched her own brand, Teatox Detox, after a journey to China to discover the perfect blend. She is passionate about connecting with others who share her vision for social impact and is always open to collaborative opportunities.
